Generally I have found babies with reflux to be more accepting of vegetables than of fruit. Fruit is quite acidic and almost instinctively some babies will not touch it as they sense it will aggravate their reflux. My advice is to offer baby rice, mixed with some of babies milk, then gradually introduce other foods as a flavour to the baby rice.
